Dates for upcoming photo shoots will be posted here in the next few days.
Wendale Davis was a 16 year old young man with an aspiration to be a fireman, until he was gunned down on April 23, 2006. He was just giving someone a ride home to an area which he was not familiar with. He was gunned down for just being in the area. His murder remains unsolved, but his family is determined that his death not leave a feeling of desperation and sadness but one of hope. This is how the Wendale Davis Foundation was born.
Our goal is to help educate, motivate, and rehabilitate at-risk youth and their families through counseling, familial support, social interaction, and mentoring.
With volunteers and community partnerships we will build a network of resources to rehabilitate at-risk youth and their families. Our immediate goal is to provide an avenue and access to establish; Intervention Programs, Mentorship, Outreach Events, Family Counseling, Tutoring, Job Counseling, Sports, and Fundraising for the like.

It does not cost you anything. There is no cost involved. When the gallery showing is displayed, you will have an opportunity to purchase the photo. All the proceeds will go to the Wendale Davis Foundation.
You have to be my friend in Facebook. If you are my friend then I will take your photo. It's that simple.
Because this is the way a new generation and even this generation speaks to each other.
The foundation is trying to help young kids get out of the gang life. That life is a dead end road. I care too much about the kids in my community. I was blessed as a young man to have people steer me in the right direction. Not all kids get that chance.
